okzzz Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing
These Terms govern your use of the okzzz platform. By registering an account or using any part of this site, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms in full.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and okzzz ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). They govern all use of the okzzz website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, bonuses, promotions and any other services made available through the platform (collectively, "the Services"). These Terms apply to all registered users of the okzzz platform regardless of the device or method used to access the Services.
By accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, that you are at least 21 years of age, and that your use of the Services is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services and close your account.

1. Eligibility to Use the Platform
To be eligible to register and use the okzzz platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as you hold an active account:
- You are at least 21 years of age. okzzz strictly prohibits the use of its Services by anyone under the age of 21.
- You are registering solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party, business, or syndicate.
- You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling is prohibited by law.
- You are depositing funds from a payment account that belongs to you personally — not funds belonging to another individual or entity.
okzzz reserves the right to request documentary verification of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of the account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.
2. Account Registration and Verification
To access the Services, you must create a single player account using accurate and complete personal information. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account management:
- Each individual may hold only one registered account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate permanent suspension.
- You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number at registration. This number is used for account verification, password resets and the receipt of important account communications.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. okzzz will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
- okzzz may require additional KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership.
okzzz reserves the right to close or suspend any account that is found to have been opened with false information, that is involved in suspected fraud, money laundering or bonus abuse, or that is otherwise in breach of these Terms.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms
The following payment terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on the okzzz platform:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank and other approved payment methods listed on the platform at the time of deposit.
- Withdrawal requests are processed on a same-day basis in the majority of cases. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or if additional verification is required.
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method and account used to make the corresponding deposit, unless the Player has provided an alternative method that has been approved by okzzz support.
- okzzz does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals on the okzzz side of the transaction. However, the Player's payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are the sole responsibility of the Player.
okzzz reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the Player will be informed and given an opportunity to provide evidence before any final decision is made.
4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
okzzz offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless specific bonus terms state otherwise:
- All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the specific terms of each bonus offer.
- Bonuses may only be claimed by the Player for whose account they are intended. Transferring bonuses between accounts is prohibited.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first qualifying deposit only. Players who have previously held an account with okzzz are not eligible for new-player welcome bonuses.
- okzzz reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Players will not be entitled to compensation for the withdrawal of a bonus that has not yet been claimed.
Any Player found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using arbitrage strategies to reduce risk on bonus wagers, or colluding with other players — will have their bonus funds voided, their winnings forfeited and their account suspended.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okzzz platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in the immediate suspension of your account, forfeiture of any balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:
- Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or any activity that is illegal under applicable Bangladeshi law or the laws of your jurisdiction.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technical method to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to circumvent the integrity of any game or betting market.
- Registering an account on behalf of, or allowing use of your account by, any person who is under 21 years of age or who is otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
- Making chargebacks or attempting to reverse completed deposits through your payment provider without first raising the matter through the okzzz dispute resolution process.
- Engaging in collusion, match-fixing or any form of coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate the outcome of a game or sporting event.
okzzz monitors platform activity and cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial regulatory bodies where required. Any funds identified as originating from prohibited conduct will be frozen and reported as required by applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the okzzz platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive property of okzzz or its licensed content partners. All such content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of okzzz.
The okzzz name, logo and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of any okzzz trademark — including use in domain names, social media handles, or any other public-facing context — is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okzzz and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of funds resulting from unsuccessful wagers, technical failures, or interruptions to Service availability. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okzzz makes no warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components.
In circumstances where okzzz is found to be liable, the maximum aggregate liability of okzzz to a Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Amendments and Governing Law
okzzz reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, okzzz will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. Continued use of the Services following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the okzzz support and dispute process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Player and okzzz with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings.
